Section 4-1. Implementation of Order (EC) no. 850/2004, Order (EC) no. 1195/2006, Order (EC) no. 172/2007 and Order (EC) no. 323/2007 – regarding persistent organic pollutants (POPs)

The EEA Agreement appendix II Chapter XV no. 12w (Order (EEC) no. 850/2004, Order (EC) no. 1195/2006, Order (EC) no. 172/2007 and Order (EC) no. 323/2007) regarding persistent organic pollutants applies as regulations with the amendments and supplements that result from appendix II, chapter XV, protocol 1 to the agreement and from the rest of the agreement.

Appendix I to Chapter 4 of these regulations gives a translated version of the EEA agreement’s Appendix  II Chapter XV no. 12w (Parliament and Council Directive (EC) no. 850/2004, Council Directive (EC) no. 1195/2006, Council Directive (EC) no. 172/2007 and Commission Directive (EC) 323/2007) as the Ministry of the Environment interprets this part of the EEA agreement with the adaptations that follow from appendix II, chapter XV, protocol 1 to the agreement and from the rest of the agreement.
