Companies with chemicals registered in the Norwegian Product Register will receive a letter with request to update the chemical information. Letter, instruction and a copy of the list for registering new chemicals (the C-list) can also be found on the menu on the right side.

The received annual update list should be filled in with quantities for 2011 and other missing information and returned to the Climate and Pollution Agency by 9 February 2012.

The changes which we have done this year in the update list can be seen in the list or in the instruction. We would like you to be aware of the following:

• All information on quantities should be given in tons.
• Receipts will no longer be sent by post when a chemical has been completely registered. You can now find a weekly updated list for declaration status at Produktinformasjonsbanken, www.pib.no.
• Please be aware that chemicals with specific confidential information will still not be listed on this website. Information about the registration of these chemicals will be provided by your executive officer in Klif.
• Update and complete the List of Customers before returning it to the Product Register.
• Chemical(s) marked BEH indicates that the chemical(s) is/are not completely declared. Please send in additional information.
