FNs klimakonvensjon
FNs klimakonvensjon (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) gir en ramme for å kunne utvikle et sterkt globalt samarbeid om klimaspørsmål. Kyotoprotokollen er forhandlet fram under FNs klimakonvensjon. Hvert år rapporterer Klima- og forurensningsdirektoratet Norges utslipps tall til sekretariatet for FNs klimakonvensjon.
I april 2010 rapporterte Klima- og forurensningsdirektoratet (Klif) Norges utslippstall for 2008. Les mer om Norges klimagassutslipp i 2008 og National Inventory Report 2010
