Norsk Hydro commissioned, on behalf of the operators in the region, Akvaplan-niva AS to carry out the regional environmental survey of the Region III in the North Sea (contract agreement 5252546). The fields included in the survey are Troll B, Troll C, TOGI, Oseberg Sør, Oseberg Øst, Oseberg C, Oseberg Feltsenter, Oseberg G, Oseberg J, Brage, Huldra, Veslefrikk and Fram Vest. In addition, samples from four regional and eight reference stations were collected. The fieldwork, comprising a total of 175 stations from the region, was carried out from 22.05 to 05.06 2004. The surveys at Oseberg G and Oseberg J are baseline surveys.
