Chapter 1. Introductory provisions

Section 1-1. Purpose

The purpose of these Regulations is to prevent certain hazardous substances or preparations from causing injury to health or environmental damage.

Section 1-2. Scope

Unless otherwise specified by the individual provisions, the Regulations do not apply to the use of products for analysis and research purposes.
